ARTWORK
IF I HAVE NO IDEA ON MY DESIGN, HOW DO I GO ABOUT ON THE ARTWORK?

If you have not had any idea on how to best design your printed message on your promotional product, we have out in-house designers and artists ready to help you in preparing the artwork design. Our professionals have the creativity and the flair to create a design to suit you and to bring out the best of your business.

IF I HAVE SOME IDEAS ON THE ARTWORK, HOW DO WE WORK TOGETHER?

We love to hear from you! Part of our success is we listen to your needs and always lend a helping to materialize the idea of what you want. If you have an existing artwork that you like us to work on, please send us the artwork and also a copy of your company logo preferable in Adobe Illustration or Coral Draw 12 format to expedite the process. If you are using JPEG file format, we can work on it as well given a 2-4 working days for our artists to convert the artwork by drawing it into a file format that we can use.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE THE ARTWORK?

Once we receive your ideas or existing artwork and your company logo, the process will take 2-3 days, depending on your requirements. If you need it urgently, our in-house designers will expedite the process to accommodate your deadline.

HOW CAN YOU SHOW TO ME THE ARTWORK FOR APPROVAL?

We will email or fax you the artwork, whichever way that is most convenient to you.

WHAT IF I HAVE SOME CHANGES TO BE MADE, CAN YOU CONFIRM WITH ME BEFORE SENDING THE ARTWORK FOR PRINTING?

Yes of course, we will need to confirm with you on the artwork to make sure this meets your requirement. We will make the changes to suit your needs until you are satisfied with the final artwork.

CAN I CHANGE THE ARTWORK AFTER CONFIRMATION?

You can make changes before final artwork is confirmed. Once the final artwork is confirmed, it will be already sent for printing therefore we are unable to make any more changes to the artwork.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER MY ORDER TO ME?

Once your order is ready, we can deliver to you with a minimal delivery charge.

WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTY IF THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTED OR FAULTY?

We do our best in delivering to you your order in the best condition. We have strict quality control over the products and will ensure your order is perfect when it leaves our factory. If the products were damaged during delivery, we will send you the replacement. We offer you 7 days guarantee on the products from the date of delivery.
